By introducing a range of wholesome foods early in their eating journey, children get the opportunity to benefit from lots of different nutrients, expand their tastes, and build a positive relationship with food.
Your child won’t like every food. However, outside of more complex food issues, children can need as many as 10 exposures to a food before they try it let alone like it!
Our menu at Daisy Day Nursery is full of flavour, variety, and veggies. Rotating dishes ensures there are familiar and fan-favourite meals through the week, as well as some new tastes to try.
